BT-220 Dongle
The BT-200 USB Bluetooth 5.0 dongle is pre-paired with the headset and is for use with PC and laptops. With the dongle, you can connect your headset to a computer and use it as an audio device for VoIP applications as well as for streaming audio. (Both USB-A and USB-C Dongles are included)
Softphone interoperability through USB/computer with 3CX, Avaya One-X Agent, Broadsoft UC-one, Cisco Jabber, Counter Path, or Skype for Business with assistance from the JPL Gateway.
JPL Gateway software must be installed and running for remote call control functions to work with supported softphones.
